One of the attractive feature that Mac OS gives us is the docking feature. Windows users can have such features by installing 3rd party software, which emulate the docking feature.
Although there are a lot of docking applications for windows, but XWindows Dock beat them all by having an excellent graphical effects such as reflections, transparencies, shadow and blur in a single package.

I am a Windows person but love the feature of the Dock in OS X, I am currently using the program Rocket Dock which is the Windows equivalent of the Mac OS X dock. It looks, acts and is like the Mac dock. Their are a few differences but it is the closest thing you will get to a Mac OS X dock.
