but i disagree with autorun.inf coz, some people who&#039;s not that good with computers might trigger a virus that executes via autorun.inf so the best way is to buy a flash drive with a write protect feature..</description>

		<description>can also use fsutil built into windows already to create the dummy file to fill up your usb. I use this command line. 
fsutil file createnew dummy xxx ( where xxx is the remaining free space on the thumbdrive.

		<description>Why not just use a dummy file to fiill in all the free space on your thumb drive. That way the virus will not have any room to infect. use NOD Dummy File creator. Simple, free and works like a charm.</description>

		<description>i like this program but Joe is right!!! can you add somting that makes the USB safe buy its self. like locking your usb. so when you pluge your usb in to any pc it will work like a SD card locked/write protected.</description>

For example, before executing that application on the new computer, you must plug in the drive before opening that application. The moment the drive is inserted, the moment the drive is infected. Can you devise a plan the will overtake the execution of this program before the intervention of the viruses. I will suggest that you will include and autorun.inf application that will execute the write protection first before the viruses attack inside. If the user wants to write files on it, he/she will be notified. If you are not the author, please contact him.</description>
