WhenIsGood is a web service which let users to plan an activity, set a few choices of dates and times, and send invitation to friends. All the responses will go back to the activity organizer.

Normally we will use Outlook or Google Calender to create activity and send invitation to our friends. But, what happen if their email provider doesn’t support such service? That means we had to call them one by one and ask for their availability.

WhenIsGood is a solution for such problem. We can create an activity, select a few dates or times, and then send the invitation mail to our friends. They can only see the dates and times that you mark available. Their response will finally go to your inbox, so you will know when is the best date or time to held the activity.

This is a Flash application. After choosing the dates and times, type your email address and the activity name. After that, you will receive an email from WhenIsGood. Just forward the email to your friends and they can then choose their suitable dates/times.

For browser which doesn’t support flash, they will get a HTML version page. So, mobile phone user can also enjoy this service.

I’ve been using ScheduleOnce for the same purpose and I think it’s much easier to use and it’s also free and with no registration.
