Virual Desktop Manager - create 4 different desktop environment
Virual Desktop Manager let user configure 4 different working environment and switch them easily.
Sometimes, we may open more than 2 or three windows at the same time, or maybe more than it. This this happen especially when we are processing some document. Virtual Desktop Manager will help to solve these problems by allow we to switch to different desktop view. This software is provide by Microsoft and it is a freeware!
The following step show how to use Virtual Desktop Manager:
Step1
First, right click the Taskbar and choose Toolbars, then activate the ‘Desktop Manager‘.
Step 2
After activate the Desktop Manager, you will found 5 buttons on the right hand side. The last 4 buttons are for you to switch to different desktop view.

Step 3
When you press the first button, you can view all four desktops together and can choose either one by pressing it. Picture below show the view when you press teh first button.

You can use this software in your office to avoid caught by your boss if you always surfing while working! Hehe…….Simply prepare 1 desktop with all documents, then setup the shortcut key. After that, you can switch to another desktop and start surfing. When your boss approach, simply press the shortcut key and you will back to ormal working environment.Haha…..no body will know that!
But, this software also help people who like to differentiate their task into different categories. They can create 4 desktop so that each desktop will handle different task. For example, all instant messaging windows can be putted at the last desktop while the most important task can be put at the first desktop.
