We use Microsoft Office everyday. There are a lot of features that are hidden by default, and we need to manually enable them so that they appear at the toolbox button. One of the example is the calculation feature.
Step 1
First of all, click the “Customize Quick Access Toolbar” button and choose “More Commands…”

Step 2
After that, select the Calculate from the list and press the “Add>>” button.

Step 3
Then, you may start to provide some formula, highlight it and press the “Formula” button at the Quick Access Toolbar. Microsoft Word will calculate the result and save at clipboard. Then, press the “Paste” button and the result will appear.

I believe most of us will browse the net or do ur own stuffs during office hours. But, we need to be You can hide the browser windows, folder windows, applications windows, all your desktop icons and taskbar when your boss or anyone else come over you.

There are a few options that you can choose from. You can choose the hot key that will hide/show windows, enable/disable Boss Key to hide windows such as Browser, Folder, Application, Desktop Icons, and Taskbar. The speed is brought to the maximum, so that you can hide/show all windows immediately when you press the hot key.
The features are quite attractive. However, this application not allow us to hide specific window or applications. It simply hide/show all windows on the desktop. I hope that they will implement this feature in the future release.
