There are a lot of web based photo editing tool, such as Pixlr, Sumo Paint, PhotoShop Express, Picnik, and etc. These application required no installation, and cross-platform. As long as you have Flash plugin installed and an internet enabled PC, you can use them.
Dr. Pic is another web based photo editing tool, which doesn’t require Flash plugin – It use AJAX!

There are a lot of things that you can do with this AJAX photo editing tool, for example resize, crop, rotate, brush, sharpen, oil paint, and etc. After editing the image, you can save it as jpg, bmp, gif, and png format. You may also choose the quality of the saved image.
It is useful if you use a computer which doesn’t install Flash plugin. But since Dr. Pic using AJAX, i believe some old browser like IE5 may not rander it well. So ,you better use a modern browser like Firefox 3 or IE7.
