Do you think that it is possible to edit and modify website within your browser, just like editing a wiki website? Yes, it is possible!
Edit current website is a bookmarklet button. When you press the button, you can start edit the website, within install any other plugin or extension.
The modified website will stay until you press the refresh button. It is very useful when you want to take a print screen of certain website, but you want to modify the content. Instead of edit the content thrpugh image editing software, you can now do it within your browser.

In the example above, i had modified the radio button’s text to “Search this planet?“. Cool? So, how to add this bookmarklet to your browser? Simply drag this “Edit current website” and drop it to your browser’s toolbar.

The Color Picker is a free tool for designer to quickly grab the color code from anywhere on the screen.
Suppose you are a designer, and you found a color which you may use it in future. So what will you do? Print screen and paste the screenshot in any graphic editor and then use the color picker tool to grab the color code right? But, it is very troublesome that you need to repeat so much steps each time you want to save a new color.
Here comes a handy tool which will makes the job easy. The Color Picker, which is a free but powerful color picker. Whenever you found a color, just open the application, point your mouse to the color, and left click it. Thats all, the application will automatically save the color into the color palette and you can use it anytime.

The application provide both RGB and HEX code. The color palette will save your favorite colors and you can retrieve the color code anytime.
If you are a web/graphic designer, i think you may need this great tool, as it simplified the color capture process and it store your favorite colors also.

For a limited time, SitePoint is giving free copy of Photoshop ebook called “The Photoshop Anthology”. This book will cover different web design techniques by using Photoshop.
What you need to do is just provide your email address, and they will send you the download link. There are two format of ebook (high resolution and low resolution). I suggest that you download the high resolution version, although it may take longer time. But it is worth as you get higher quality of graphics and images.
I had use my yahoo mail in the email form, but unfortunately it take few hours before i can get the download link. You can direct download the ebook from sitepoint without register (Thanks labnol for sharing the link).

mooColorFinder can search through the CSS files for any color used in that website, as long as a website specifies its CSS styles W3C conform.
Simply type in the website address and hit enter. After that you will get a screenshot of the website, including all colors used and its color code.

The above screenshot show the result of colors used in this page. mooColorFinder also provide an API for users to display the color cloud on their page.

ajaxload is a free service which can generate a ajax loading bar for web developers.
If you are a web developer, i believe you will need the ajax loading bar for Web 2.0 application. But, generate a ajax loading bar will take some time, if you are new to graphic design. So, you may try ajaxload, a service which can create a simple ajax loading bar.

There are 3 options that you can choose from: Indicator type, Background and Foreground color. There are around 35 different indicator that you can choose from. After you done the settings, press the Generate it button and the result will show at the bottom. You can download the loading bar in gif format.

MyLiveSignature provide a free service for users to create their signature online, without using any external tools.
A lot of forums user will include their signature at the bottom of their posts. Some of them are simple text but some of them are well designed graphic. If you want a simple text signature with some font styles applied, you can try MyLiveSignature.
MyLiveSignature provide both free and paid services (most of them are paid services). The free service allow you to create text signature only. To create your signature, follow these 5 steps:
- Enter your name.
- Select the font type.
- Select the size of the signature.
- Select the color for the signature.
- Set the slope for the signature.
After that, you will get your signature in PNG format and also a unique ID. I am not sure the usage of the unique ID, probably for the paid service?

Note: Some IE users will get a black background for PNG format image. So please convert the image to JPG format before use it.

With favikon.com, you need only 2 steps to create favorite icon. You can either upload image from your computer or paste the image URL. The maximum size for the image is 5MB. After the image is loaded, you can see your image at the right hand side and you can drag the shaded region to any part of the image which you want to use for your favorite icon. You can change the size of the region to cover more area. After it, press the Capture & Preview button and you can see a preview of your favorite icon together with its download link. The size of favorite icon is 16×16.
