If you generate with this method there are chances that you may forget it as its randomly generated. But service looks good.

according to my knowledge, windows have a 7 character algo for passwords, and best is to have a password length of 14 characters, But this is for Windows Password, cant say about the vast world of internet

Not so easy to remember! Password generators are great ideas but why not try a program which not only generates your passwords but also safely stores them:
