Neulio is an Florida startup which aims to provide a platform for everyone to create and share online course. There are no subscription fees to either host or view the clips, and everyone can view the clips like watching YouTube video!

NeulioNowadays, people like to share videos, musics, and pictures. You can easily upload these materials to either YouTube and Flickr and share with people around the world. But, if you want to share some educational clips, you should try Neulio, because Neulio is a new platform for everyone to create and share educational clips.

According to Somewhat Frank, user can share either video or audio instructional course content. Users can maintain the course flow via quizzes or password gates, to prevent others from jumping ahead. Everyone can view the movie clips but creating lessons only available for members. So, create a profile then you can either view, share, and create lessons.

The courses page are well organized. The show a course description at the upper left, so that you can know the overview of the course. The table of contents will list all movie clips for that course, together with the quizzes. You can also know the creator of this course, write your comments, and share this with your friends.

Neulio is a very new idea and there are a few things that they can add in order to become more user friendly and more popular. For example, they should provide options for user to make notes to the course and share with others. I am not sure whether they will control the quality of the movie. What happen if someone create pirate contents there or share non-educational videos? Perhaps they will add this feature in future.
