Jimdo is an easy to use website creator which offer a lot of strong features. By using AJAX, they help user to create pages quickly and easily.
If you are searching free website creator, then i think Jimdo will suite you. Jimdo means “Jim will do it for you”. It is a startup company in Hamburg, Germany and currently they support 4 different languages: English, France, German, and Chinese.

Another fantastic web 2.0 service. I like it very much. But the Pro does does have much advantages over the free one. But is not that expensive.
