Firefly is a Firefox extension that can turn Firefox into Windows file manager.
There are many features which Windows file manager can’t provide. For example, Firefly allow user to split/add the view for more comfortable work. You can use Firefly to copy, paste, and cut your files from one folder to another folder. Rename/create new folders can also be done through Firefly.

Firefly allow user to preview audio/video, pdf, and image, but you need to install the VLC player plugin. You are not advised to open more preview because this will crash your Firefox (VLC player problem).
I like this plugin because i can use Firefox to perform more tasks as i don’t need to open another window (file manager) for just to manage my files. But, this plugin’s size is quite big (more than 2MB). Such a heavy plugin will crash your Firefox if your system memory not enough. So, i advice you to create another profile before you install this plugin, so that you can switch to your original profile if anything happen to your Firefox.

The start of the post excited me so much that i put the plugin directly to download, but in the end, came to know its 2 MB, man, its really too heavy, and what it has done to my firefox, i cant explain. It is a great plugin, but it has its own flaws.
I have wanted one of these forever! THANKS for the great work.
Yay for us, and thanks, Vaibhav.
