Buddystumbler is a social networking website which allow their users to exchange Instant Messenger(IM) address after they know each other.

After user sign-up an account at buddystumbler and fill in related profile, they can start search to meet people with same interests, location, age or gender.

The search result will display the description of match users. When you click on the user, his/her full description will appear and you can leave him/her a message.

If you found some one that you wish to chat with, you can request their IM address. If they accept you, both of you can exchange your IM address and start chatting using IM. The same process happen when some one whan to approach you.
